1. Pattern Making
Patterns are designed according to the required sizes and designs. Each product has a different pattern, designed with accuracy and precision.
2. Pre-Production Sample
Before bulk production, we get your approval by making a sample and shipping it to you. Once approved, we move to the next step.
3. Material & Fabric Sourcing
Fabric is sourced from the most reliable and trusted fabric suppliers. The fabric is stored in the fabric store in racks, and fabric inspection is done before shifting it to the cutting department.
4. Cutting & Printing Process
After sourcing, the fabric is cut down into pieces according to the patterns. After that, according to our client’s requirements, these pieces have printing or embroidery.
5. Sewing & Quality Check
Cut panels are sewn together, and the design finally comes to life. After that, all items are carefully inspected to ensure the highest quality standards, which helps us to remain one of the best sportswear and activewear manufacturers.
6. Packing & Delivery
After that, all items get pressed, tags are installed, and packed in poly bags. Finally, all items get packed in cartons and shipped using reliable delivery services.
Full Production Manufacturing
With full production manufacturing, Life Line Boxing is responsible for overseeing quality control and timeliness of your apparel production.
Each new Life Line Boxing client will work directly with a Product Life Cycle Manager (PLM) who will be on call throughout the entire production process. This collaboration lowers your risk, reduces errors, and improves the quality of your line by ensuring your plan is executed correctly every step of the way.
Life Line Boxing manages the entire product lifecycle, keeping tabs on available resources, production line and factory efficiencies, and overall quality. Each production manager monitors market variables and communicates with our clients about changes, handles shipping and logistics, and manages the global supply chain. Your personal production manager will keep you updated via tracking numbers and ensure delivery dates are met.
